I am Sonchampa, also known as Michelia champaca or Golden Champa. My golden-yellow flowers release a sweet, heady fragrance that fills gardens and temples with calm and joy. I bloom in warm climates and am often planted for my beauty, spiritual significance, and ability to attract pollinators. I’m graceful, aromatic, and deeply rooted in tradition.

Native to Southeast Asia and the Indian subcontinent.

Water when topsoil feels dry; avoid overwatering.

Thrives in full sun to partial shade.

Prefers warm climates between 20–35°C.
