I am Jambu White, the orchard’s ivory bell. My pale, translucent fruits are crisp and cooling, offering a delicate sweetness that makes me a rare tropical delight.
I am a tropical fruit tree producing bell-shaped white jambu fruits.
Native to Southeast Asia; cultivated in India, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Thailand.
Water every 5–7 days; drought-tolerant once mature.
Requires full sun.
Thrives in 22–35°C; sensitive to frost.
Plant in sandy-loam soil; spacing 5–6 meters apart.
Apply compost and NPK 8:10:10 every 2–3 months.
Botanical name: Syzygium samarangense (White cultivar); Family: Myrtaceae.
Fruits are safe; seeds edible but rarely consumed.
Moderate; dense canopy reduces dust.
