All Details

I am the world’s most premium and coveted mango variety, often called the "Egg of the Sun" (Taiyo-no-Tamago), famous for my deep ruby-red skin, melting texture, and an incredibly high sugar content that tastes like a blend of pineapple and peach.

I am an elite sub-tropical mango variety known for my striking purple-to-red skin and a luxurious, non-fibrous pulp that dissolves in the mouth.

I was perfected in the Miyazaki prefecture of Japan, where I am grown under strict quality controls and individual protective nets.

I require careful, consistent watering; my soil should remain moist during fruit development but needs to be drier as I approach peak ripeness.

I crave intense, full sunlight to develop my signature deep red color; in my homeland, mirrors are often used to reflect light onto my undersides.

I thrive in warm, humid climates between 25°C and 35°C and am very sensitive to frost, requiring greenhouse protection in cooler regions.

I need rich, well-draining volcanic or loamy soil and significant vertical space to grow, or a large, controlled greenhouse environment.

I am a high-maintenance feeder; I require premium organic fertilizers and a precise balance of minerals to maintain my high sugar levels.

My scientific name is Mangifera indica (Miyazaki strain) and I belong to the Anacardiaceae family.

My fruit is safe in moderation, but my skin, sap, and pit contain urushiol, which can cause allergic reactions in pets and humans.

My large, evergreen leaves are excellent carbon sinks, filtering the air and providing a dense, oxygen-rich canopy.

I am one of the richest sources of antioxidants, beta-carotene, and folic acid, and I am considered the ultimate luxury gift.

I am prone to powdery mildew and anthracnose if humidity isn't managed, and I require protection from birds and insects who love my sweet fruit.

I am a long-lived perennial tree that can continue to produce my "ruby" fruits for 40 years or more with expert care.
